The majority of our homes are made available to people earning at or below the 80% Area Median Income (AMI) level. However, a number of our homes are also sold at market rate. If you have already had the opportunity to tour one of our communities and would like to secure a lot, please fill out a lot reservation form. To reserve a property, a $1000 lot reservation deposit and prequalification letter are required.
